Мы планируем осуществить наши планы до конца текущего года. Если у нас все получится, то мы сможем получить премию в размере 5 миллиардов на осуществление будущих проектов.
-У вас очень перспективное предприятие, а какие у вас условия работы?
-Рабочий день начинается в 8 утра и заканчивается в 5 вечера. В течении дня у работника есть 2 перерыва. Один большой, который длится один час, чтобы работник успел пообедать и один маленький-полчаса, чтобы попить чаю, отдохнуть и с новыми силами продолжить работу. Рабочая неделя составляет пять дней-с понедельника по пятницу.
Рабочие места всех сотрудников оснащены мощными компьютерами с современными операционными системами. Это позволяет быстро обмениваться информацией и поддерживать связь с головным офисом в Москве.
Заработная плата всех сотрудников различна. Она зависит от опыта работы, стажа, обязанностей, объема работы. У нас работают как опытные сотрудники, так и студенты последних курсов. Заботная плата студента зависит от количества отработанных часов, в среднем студенты получают от 25 тысяч в месяц. Специалисты зарабатывают от 60 тысяч и выше.

-Меня зовут Гульнара, я работаю руководителем отдела по оборудованию железнодорожных вагонов. Наш отдел занимается:

-проверкой состава и разрешение его выезда на железнодорожные пути
-установкой и ремонтом устройств, уже установленных ранее
В моем подчинении находится 50 человек. Все они прошли тщательный отбор на конкурсной основе. Сейчас мы работаем над новой комплектацией поезда «Сапсан».
-Я думала что «Сапсан» это уже давно действующий проект. Что вы хотите изменить?
-Многие пассажиры жалуются на низкое качество обслуживание и плохую комплектацию пассажирских мест.
Мы планируем увеличить пассажирское место и добавить подголовники. Так же в каждое сидение будет встроен монитор для просмотра любимых фильмов во время путешествия. Будет проведен интернет, чтобы во время движения можно было так же работать.
Если мы сможем реализовать этот проект до конца этого года, то получим гранд в размере 15 миллиардов для наших следующих проектов.

Наш рабочий день начинается в 8.30 утра и заканчивается в 5.30 вечера, учитывая обеденный перерыв с часу дня до двух.
Есть ли у вас какое либо социальное обеспечание?
-Конечно, все сотрудники обладают правом бесплатного проезда по всей России. Так же мы предоставляем бесплатное питание во время рабочего дня. Все инженеры имеют служебные автомобили для комфортного передвижения по городу. Часто предоставляем субсидии и рассрочки на жилье. Оказываем большую поддержку молодым сотрудникам.
