Stress is the reaction of our body at various unfavorable factors, such as the cold or hunger. The body produces the hormone adrenaline, forcing our body to survive. The main symptoms of stress are anxiety, fatigue, muscle tension, irritability, insomnia, difficulty concentrating. I experience stress when I have problems in learning or when I argued with someone. I try to eat right, to do yoga and meditation to reduce stress.
