Доброго времени суток, дорогой читать! Сейчас я хотел бы рассказать тебе об одной компании. О достаточно известной компании, которая носит название Kuljetus Terviö Oy. Начать я бы хотел с транспорта. Транспорт приносит большую часть прибыли примерно 85%. Если говорить о денежной величине, то это составляет 1,19 млн. евро за прошлый год. Это внушительная сумма для одного человека, но достаточно низкая сумма для компании, которая существует на протяжении 28 лет.

Так сложились обстоятельства, что компания имеет лишь 6 грузовиков, 1 микроавтобус и 1 легковой автомобиль. Каждый год компания выплачивает 114.000 евро на списание (страховку) для всех автомобилей. Штат водителей в компании не велик, он составляет 8 человек. Не смотря на все это, компания не умеет грамотно организовать экономически выгодные процессы. Как показал проведенный мною анализ, машины загружены не полностью. Хотя свободное место они всегда бы могли использовать для перевозки грузов других компаний, которым это необходимо. Грузовики используются не эффективно. Большую часть времени они простаивают на территории компании. Это не позволительно, так как они должны приносить прибыль! В связи с тем, что летом количество заказов меньше, они должны искать новых поставщиков, которые позволят увеличивать прибыль, а не уменьшать её из-за сезонности.
