Качество линий биговки, перфорации

Качество линий биговки, перфорации (при наличии)проверяется по М 09-35-2005/1. Линии биговки, перфорации должны соответствовать утвержденному чертежу. Линии биговки должны быть равномерные и четко выраженные по всей длине, обеспечивать равномерный сгиб под углом 90°, а также обеспе-чивать качественное формирование изделия. Перфорация (при наличии) должна обеспечивать удаление отрывной верхней части изделия без затруднений. Не допускается:
наличие разрывов и растрескиваний картона по линиям бига и перфорации при сборке изделий;
- наличие расслоений, задиров и деформаций изделий при удалении картона по линиям перфорации;
- образование трещин после 10-ти двойных перегибов на 180° клапана ящиков по линиям биговки. Допускаются трещины, сумма длин которых для одного изделия не более 25мм с внутренней стороны поверхности ящика без обнажения гофрированного слоя по линиям биговки (без учета трещин, имеющихся до испытания на перегиб).
