Я хочу рассказать тебе о нашем традиционном блюде - оладьях. Они очень популярны в России. Нам нужны: мука, яйца, сахар, соль, сода, кефир.
Нужно все ингридиенты смешать в миске. Тесто должно быть не очень густым. Нагреть сковороду с маслом, ложкой выложить тесто маленькими кружочками и обжарить с двух сторон. Готовые оладьи кушают со сметаной, медом или вареньем.
