Я понимаю что господин Мераи спрашивает, но не понимаю почему.
Я не знаю кто и когда объявил 35.000 + 14.500.
Целесообразно уточнить кто это сделал.
Полагаю, Мераи знает о том, что он единственный покупатель. Трудно торговаться.
Буду привлекать наших механиков для оценки оборудования. Возможно это даст дополнительный аргумент.
Относительно других вопросов я думаю, что нужно указать базис поставки согласно Инкотермс 2010.
Если я понимаю правильно, то это - EXW.
Касательно экспертизы ваших документов юристами СТГ: я передал документы на экспертизу в пятницу. Ожидаю результат 5-6 июня.
Прошу Вас сообщить свое мнение, прежде чем я буду связываться с АТК.
