Основными задачами психологии трудовой деятельности являются изучение и разработка практических рекомендаций по следующим проблемам:
1) психологические особенности конкретных видов профессиональной деятельности (ее средств, содержания, условий и организации, анализ ошибок, классификация профессий и т. д.);
2) влияние индивидуально-психологических особенностей человека на эффективность, надежность, безопасность труда;
3) психологические закономерности формирования профессиональной пригодности человека (профориентация, профотбор, профподготовка, адаптация к труду);
4) функциональные состояния субъекта труда (утомление, эмоциональное напряжение, стресс, монотония и др.) и методы их диагностики, профилактики и коррекции;
