the main objectives of the psychology of employment are the study and development of practical recommendations on the following issues:
(1) the psychological features of specific professions (it means, contents, conditions and the error analysis, the classification of professions and so on. d.);
(2) the influence of individual psychological features of rights on the efficiency, reliability, safety;
3) the psychological patterns of suitability of rights (профотбор, vocational guidance, training, adaptation to work);
4) the functional status of the subject of labor (fatigue, emotional tension, stress, монотония etc.) and methods for the diagnosis, prevention and correction;
