Лицензиар окажет Лицензиату всевозможную помощь в судебном преследовании нарушителей "патентов" и в защите от исков третьих лиц и может принять участие в связанных с этим расходах. В этом случае расходы и/или суммы, полученные в результате судебного решения или соглашения между истцом и ответчиком, будут распределены поровну между Лицензиатом и Лицензиаром.
