На серии томограмм турецкое седло расположено обычно, размерами (переднезадний x вертикальный х ширина) 9 х 6 х 12 мм. Дно и стенки турецкого седла гладкие, чёткие, обычной толщины.
Гипофиз расположен центрально в полости турецкого седла, выражено уменьшен в объёме, распластан по дну турецкого седла. Турецкое седло заполнено цереброспинальной жидкостью. Размеры гипофиза: переднезадний- 2,5 мм, высота 1 мм, ширина - 5 мм. Структуры аденогипофиза и нейрогипофиза не определяются, из-за маленьких размеров. Воронка гипофиза расположена срединно, шириной 3 мм. Хиазма зрительных нервов и параселлярные цистерны расположены обьпшо, симметричны, без участков сдавления. Размеры хиазмы 16 х 8 x 4 mm.
