Дорсальная грыжа диска L4-L5 (4 мм) с компремированием прилежащей клетчатки и дурального мешка. Дорсальная грыжа диска L5-S1 (5 мм) с компремированием дурального мешка и корешков.
Тела позвонков с краевыми приострениями. В субхондральных отделах тел позвонков отмечается умеренные дегенеративные изменения. Сигнальные характеристики костного мозга позвонков сохранены.
