Причина иллюзий тоже понятна: за семь лет реформ накопилась усталость ожиданий. Увы, весной мы были не в начале, а уже в финальной стадии кризиса. Состояние к апрелю: ежемесячные доходы бюджета 22 миллиарда рублей, ежемесячные расходы - 25 миллиардов рублей плюс 30 миллиардов рублей только на погашение внутреннего долга. При этом я не упоминаю сейчас о внешнем долге, о процентах и так далее... Даже если мы все доходы бюджета направили бы на погашение внутреннего долга, нам все равно не хватило бы.
