В Швеции Новый год празднуют шумно, в большой компании. В начале торжества, шведы по традиции сидят перед телевизором и слушают торжественные стихи. После окончания церемонии, из ближайших церквей звучит колокольный звон. Шведы открывают шампанское, встают, поднимают бокалы и желают друг другу счастливого Нового года.
