Впервые это слово стало использоваться в начале нулевых годов, после того, как на прилавках магазинов появился смартфон Nokia 7650.Ничего особо революционного в этом гаджете не было, за исключением одной тонкости: он был оснащен камерой, позволявшей владельцу делать снимки совсем небольшого разрешения, 640х480.
