Препараты Лимерал и Амарил® назнача

Препараты Лимерал и Амарил® назначались согласно предварительно сгенерированной (до начала исследования) рандомизационной схеме. Все включенные в исследование добровольцы получали исследуемый препарат Лимерал в дозе 4 мг (1 таблетка) и препарат сравнения Амарил® в дозе 4 мг (1 таблетка). Исследуемые лекарственные средства добровольцы принимали натощак и запивали 240 мл 20% раствора декстрозы, для минимизирования гипогликемического эффекта. В дальнейшем, каждые 15 минут доброволец принимал по 60 мл 20% раствора декстрозы в течение 4 часов после приема препарата.
