Данная курсовая работа затрагивает проблему внедрения логистического аутсорсинга на предприятии. Для решения проблемы необходимо подробно изучить понятия и преимущества логистического аутсорсинга, а также произвести расчеты экономической целесообразности внедрения логистического аутсорсинга.
Объектом изучения курсовой работы является транспортно-логистические процессы ООО «Крупяной двор», а предметом – совершенствование транспортно-логистических процессов ООО «Крупяной двор» на основе аутсорсинга. Цель работы – изучение основных особенностей транспортно-логистического аутсорсинга и разработка рекомендаций по внедрению логистического аутсорсинга на предприятии ООО «Крупяной двор». В работе используются методы теоретического анализа литературы, аналитический метод, метод сравнения и методы теории логистики. Результатом работы являются рекомендации по улучшению транспортно-логистических процессов ООО «Крупяной двор».
Курсовая работа выполнена на 29 листах формата А4, содержит 5 таблиц и 4 иллюстрации.
