проблема питания меня волнует меньше. У меня достаточно скучные вкусы в еде, правда, в последнее время я все чаще замечаю явное тяготение к самым простым продуктам. На мой взгляд, достаточно не есть фаст-фуд и ограничиваться чаем и чистой водой, чтобы чувствовать себя хорошо. Но это мое мнение. А вот мой лучший друг не может без фаст-фуда, хотя постоянно озабочен тем, что он ест. Чем больше человек о чем-то думает, тем большая проблема встает перед ним.
