Проводимые работы. Предприятиями разрабатываются мероприятия по подготовке к работе в зимний период,-выполняются планово предупредительные работы, разрабатываются и выполняются инвестиционные программы. Проводятся работы по реконструкции изношенных сетей. Реализуются проекты в рамках Программы развития регионов. В целом 2011-2014 годах велись работы по модернизации систем водоснабжения и водоотведения в 84 населенных пунктах в т.ч. городах Кокшетау, Степногорск, Атбасар, Щучинск, Есиль, Ерейментау. Модернизировано 1415,1 км сетей водоснабжения и водоотведения.
