Здравствуйте.
В регистрации Регистрационной карты о внесении изменений в ведомостей о юридическом лице ( формы 4). эту форму мы сегодня сдали в Отдел государственной регистрации юридических и физических лиц-предпринимателей, но мы получили отказ ссылаясь на Закон Украины "О государственной регистрации юридических и физических лиц-предпринимателей" т.к.раздел 5 заполнен не полностью ( не указаны страна проживания, место проживания и т.д.). А также не может один человек фигурировать одновременно в разделе 5 и разделе 6, быть "бенефициарным собственником" и "власником істотної участі " .
Так как часть принадлежащая Хироши Микитани составляет только 12,31 % (а нужно 25%) посоветовали лучше показать что "Кінцевий бенефіціарний власник (контролер) у юридичної особи відсутній.
Письма с объяснениями их не интересуют, они хотят видеть правильно заполненную форму.
