Здравствуйте! Ранее я работала в компании ФА, но сейчас я не работаю. Ранее оплата статуса Плюс производилась с моей карты. Сегодня я получила уведомление, что с моей карты списаны деньги за вимео плюс. Но я не вижу нигде в личном кабинете, что у меня включена услуга автоматической оплаты, и я не понимаю, где ее отключить. Скажите, могу ли я вернуть деньги обратно и отключить услугу, т.к. она списана с моей личной карты. С ФА я не поддерживаю отношений сейчас.
