Unfortunately, our company has recently faced difficulties in working through Moscow representative office, ZAO "FUJIFILM-RU"
In accordance with the current Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” a customer may demand from bidders to provide a letter of guarantee (authorization) from the manufacturer or its official representative in Ukraine within the tender bid in order to confirm that the participating company can supply the customer with equipment of the specific manufacturer. The absence of at least one document from the list requested by the customer constitutes a reason to reject the whole offer of the company, even if the bid price of the company is minimal.
FUJIFILM is represented in the territory of Ukraine by the ZAO "FUJIFILM-RU".
