Опубликование любых упоминаний об Агенте, сообщение третьим лицам или неопределенному кругу лиц о факте и/или деталях сотрудничества в связи с настоящим Договором производится исключительно по предварительному письменному согласию Агента, кроме случаев, когда выдача соответствующей информации обязательна в соответствии с действующим законодательством.
