Работа посвящена анализу возможности комплексного улучшения показателей токсичности и топливной экономичности автомобильного и тракторного дизелей при одновременном поддержании достаточного уровня надежности их конструкции путем использования систем автоматического регулирования теплового состояния. На основе данных проведенного моторного эксперимента решена компромиссная задача по оптимизации эколого-экономических показателей на каждом режиме заданной модели эксплуатации двигателя. В качестве управляющих факторов предложено использовать режимные параметры – частота вращения коленчатого вала и нагрузка двигателя, в качестве управляемых – угол опережения подачи топлива и температурное состояние поршней. Выполнена оценка экологического эффекта от предложенных мероприятий за период эксплуатации дизеля, в том числе по методике Правил ЕЭК ООН №24. Предложены характеристические карты управления системой автоматического регулирования теплового состояния поршней дизеля 4ЧН12/14

The paper analyzes the possibility of comprehensive improvements in toxicity and fuel efficiency of automobile and tractor diesel engines while maintaining a sufficient level of reliability of their designs through the use of automatic control systems of thermal state.
