1.2 Формы и виды аутсорсинга
Аутсорсинг – понятие широкое и многогранное, включает в себя множество форм:
Аутстаффинг.Лизинг персонала – в переводе с английского языка «вне штата», т. е. услуги внештатных сотрудников. Суть аутстаффинга - в предоставлении персонала как штатной единицы, само его предоставление уже есть услуга. Аутстаффинг заключается именно в предоставлении исполнителем своих работников заказчику, а не в выполнении каких-либо иных услуг. Компания-исполнитель будет нести ответственность не за качество оказанных предоставляемым работником услуг, а за то, предоставит ли она работника и будет ли работник постоянно находиться на определенном в договоре месте или нет. Компания-заказчик покупает не труд конкретных работников, а услугу по предоставлению их [30].
Ауттаскинг– передача отдельных задач организации-исполнителю. Ауттаскинг, безусловно, является разновидностью аутсорсинга, но, в отличие от аутсорсинга, это частичная передача вовне отдельных задач организации-заказчика. Если при аутсорсинге компании-исполнителю передаются большие объемы задач, то при ауттаскинге передается лишь отдельная часть услуг, возложенная ранее на определенный отдел организации-заказчика или на сотрудника.
Аутплейсмент– «размещение» персонала за пределами компании при расторжении трудового договора между работодателем и работниками. Работа с увольняемыми сотрудниками, оказание им психологической поддержки, помощь в поиске новой работы. Это услуга, которая, прежде всего, заботится об имени компании (заказчика).
При вынужденном сокращении персонала компания-заказчик обращается к исполнителю, оказывающему услугу аутплейсмент. Как правило, с увольняемыми сотрудниками работают профессиональные психологи, которые для начала выслушивают увольняемого работника, дают ему выговориться, а это очень важно. Затем увольняемому сотруднику помогают в поиске новой работы.Как правило, дешевле заказать аутплейсмент, чем пускаться в судебные тяжбы, нанося ущерб деловой репутации.
Субконтрактинг(субконтрактация) – вид аутсорсинга, применяемый промышленными предприятиями для оптимизации производственных процессов. Заключается в том, что одно промышленное предприятие (контрактор) размещает на другом предприятии (субконтракторе) заказ на разработку или изготовление некоторой продукции, или на выполнение технологических процессов в соответствии с требованиями заказчика, позволяющее компании-контрактору выстроить более действенную и эффективную организационную структуру производства.
Применение механизма субконтрактации (субконтрактинга) позволяет головному предприятию (контрактору) избавиться от непроизводительных издержек на содержание недозагруженных производственных мощностей и сконцентрировать усилия на важнейших задачах – технологическом перевооружении, обновлении модельного ряда выпускаемой продукции. Субконтракторы (как правило, малые и средние предприятия), выполняя работы по субконтрактам, достигают высокого уровня загрузки оборудования и высокой производительности. Применение механизма субконтрактации позволяет оптимизировать процесс производства и существенно повысить конкурентоспособность, как на уровне предприятия, так и на уровне
региона [24].
Оффшоринг (Offshoring) – этот вид аутсорсинга предполагает передачу некритичных для бизнеса процессов компаниям, находящимся в географическом удалении. Иными словами – это взаимовыгодное сотрудничество компаний, при котором физическое расположение офисов каждой из них не имеет значения. Наиболее значимой при этом является экономия за счет разного уровня оплаты труда[19, c.11-15].
Ко-сорсинг (Co-sourcing) – одновременное выполнение бизнес-функций как внутренним персоналом, так и внешними ресурсами, например, консультантами или поставщиками аутсорсинга, обладающими специализированным знанием относительно бизнес-функций.
Ниаршоринг (Nеarshoring) – аутсорсинг в пределах близрасположенной территории, доступной при перемещении на короткое расстояние или по телефону в том же или соседнем часовом поясе.
Виды аутсорсинга:
Промышленный аутсорсинг. При промышленном или производственном аутсорсинге предприятие передает подрядчику свою производственную цепочку или ее часть в тех случаях, когда процесс производства собственными силами обходится предприятию дороже, чем привлечение аутсорсера.
