Гипофиз с выпуклым верхним контуром, высота в сагиттальной проекции 5 мм. Ножка гипофиза
расположена центрально. Хиазма зрительных нервов расположена обычно, контуры чёткие ровные.

Область мостомозжечкового угла: предверно-улитковый нерв чётко дифференцируется с обеих
сторон. В клетках сосцевидных отростков обеих височных костей определяется гиперплазия
слизистой оболочки.
