Синтез новых биоразлагаемых дендрит

Синтез новых биоразлагаемых дендритных пептидных щеток и дендриграфтов методом твердофазного пептидного синтеза на основе информации полученной с помощью теории и моделирования. Исследование биомедицинских свойств новых дендритных пептидных щеток и дендриграфтов (токсичность и взаимодействие с молекулами лекарственных препаратов, генетическим материалом и биоактивными пептидами) с целью поверки возможности использования новых синтезированных дендритных пептидных щеток и дендриграфтов для доставки этих молекул в клетки.
