The project master punch lists shall be those electronically stored in the ACS and shall be available by system, part system, sub system and where applicable Tag number and discipline.
The ACS Administrator shall input all information from the Punch List Input Forms into the ACS and file all the hard copy forms in the applicable completions dossier.
The ACS Administrator shall upon request interrogate the ACS Database and generate the ACS Master Punch List for a system, part system, sub system to accompany a Handover Notice.
The ACS Master Punch List (Punch List Detailed Report) is available from the ACS in the Reports Section.
3.1.6 HANDOVER WALKDOWNS
The handover walk-downs are when a combined inspection of a completed system, part system or sub system and its components is carried out by the relevant parties appropriate to the phase of the handover.
These walk-downs are requested by the EC’s, IHUC and ICAT by issuing a walk-down notification and shall have an ACS Master Punch List relevant to the system, part system or sub system being offered for handover appended to it.
The intention of the walk-down is to agree the punch list items already identified and recorded on the ACS Master Punch List.
Any additional punch list items raised as a result of the walk-down shall be recorded by utilising the Punch List Input Form as detailed in Section 3.1.2.
All outstanding Category “A” Punch List items must be cleared prior to a system, part system or sub system being acceptable for Handover. Category “B” Punch List items can, with prior agreement be accepted for Handover.
3.1.7 MANUFACTURER / SUPPLIER RELEASE PUNCH LISTS
All Punch List items identified by the Manufacturer / Supplier release inspections shall be recorded on a Punch List and attached to the equipment release documentation. It is the responsibility of the receiving EC to ensure that the Punch List is forwarded to their ACS Administrator for inputting to the ACS and filing in the relevant completions dossier.
