Правозащитная деятельность преследует те же цели, что и деятельность государства на стадии реализации норм права, т.е. обеспечение реального действия норм права, субъективных прав и свобод, и надлежащего исполнения субъектами возложенных на них юридических обязанностей. Однако субъектом правозащитной деятельности предстает особая социально-правовая сфера - сфера противоправных деяний.
