Условия оплаты Товара следующие:

Поставляемый товар в соответствии с каждым Приложением подлежит оплате в виде 100% предоплаты в течение 7 (семи) банковских дней с даты получения счета переводом на банковский счет Продавца в Евро.

В том случае, если базис поставки по Инкотермс 2010 предусматривает оплату Покупателем транспортных расходов Продавца, Покупатель обязан в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после получения Товара возместить Продавцу документально подтвержденные расходы путём банковского перевода.
Продавец оплачивает все расходы банка Продавца, Покупатель оплачивает расходы банка Покупателя.

Продавец обязан отправить Покупателю в день отгрузки, или на следующий день по факсимильной связи или электронной почте копии коммерческого инвойса, транспортной накладной, а также копии счетов на возможные транспортные затраты, подтвержденные документами транспортной компании.
