Больной себя считает c июня месяца 2014, когда стали беспокоить боли в брюшной полости, больная обратилась в поликлинику по месту жительства. С диагнозом колит, больной было назначено лечение. В августе больная обратилась в ТМА где проведено обследование: МСКТ (08/15): Передняя стенка правых отделов поперечной ободочной кишки инфильтрирована, утолщена до 2.30 см, на
протяжении 5.2 см. В проекции 4 сегмента определяется овальной формы участок размерами 3.6 х 2.3 см с нечёткими контурами. Желчный пузырь обычных размеров переднее верхняя стенка его тела утолщена до 1.80 см на протяжении 5 см. втянуто деформирована. В просвете желчного пузыря в области дна конкремент диаметром 2.7см. В проекции пупочного кольца определяется грыжа
размерами 3.0 х 2.7см.
