Перед началом выполнения работ на месторождении, ответственное лицо за аварийное реагирование (АР) и эвакуацию ПОДРЯДЧИКА: Ежедневно сообщает оператору ЦАС КПО информацию по следующей форме:

• Наименование работ и место ведения работ;
• Количество работников и количество транспорта для эвакуации работников;
• Фамилия ответственного лица за АР, контактные номера телефонов.
