Многие люди , кто свободно владеют иностранным языком ,не всегда могут правильно передать смысл переведенного . Они не владеют большим количеством словарного запаса , который не используется в устной речи .Эти люди не знают как правильно переформулировать текст на другой язык . Такая неопытность разрушает смысл и содержания предложений.
