8.5. Сторона, не исполняющая принят

8.5. Сторона, не исполняющая принятых ею на себя по настоящему Договору обязательств, или приводящая ложные гарантии и заявления, возмещает другой Стороне убытки (реальный ущерб), понесенные ею в данной связи.

Результаты (английский) 1:

8.5. a party not performing its duties under the present contract obligations, or where false warranties and representations shall compensate the other party damages (actual damage) incurred in this connection.

Результаты (английский) 2:

8.5. The party is not performing to assume the obligations under this Agreement, or the resulting false warranties and representations shall compensate the other party for the damages (actual damages) incurred by it in this regard.

Результаты (английский) 3:

8.5 . A party is not a performing that it has taken on itself under the present treaty obligations, or causing false assurances and statements, shall reimburse another party damages (actual damage), it had incurred in this regard.
