За задержку подачи транспортных средств под погрузку Экспедитор уплачивает Клиенту штраф в размере, рублевого эквивалента 100 евро по курсу ЦБ РФ на дату соответствующей претензии за каждый день просрочки. В случае отмены Экспедитором подачи транспортного средства данное событие приравнивается к срыву (отказу) погрузки по вине Экспедитора. В таких случаях Клиент имеет право наложить штраф на Экспедитора в размере 100 евро. Оплата производится в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с момента получения от Клиента соответствующего требования.
