Мой любимый вид спорта - это легкая атлетика. Не зря этот спорт называют Королевой спорта, так как он отличается своей красотой и грацией по сравнению с другими видами. Ведь нет ничего лучше, чем пробежаться после учебы, рано утром, отдохнуть от всех и просто побыть наедине с самим собой.
я люблю заниматься легкой атлетикой на уроке физкультуры. я люблю метать ядро, бегать короткие и длинные дистанции, прыгать в песок, прыгать в высоту.
Легкая атлетика доступна для каждого человека,нужны лишь:кроссовки, спортивная форма и хорошее настроение. Поэтому занимайтесь спортом, будьте стройными, подтянутыми и здоровыми людьми.
