По письменному требованию Принципал

По письменному требованию Принципала Агент должен предоставлять Принципалу подтверждающие документы (заверенные Агентом копии документов на расходы по приобретению у Банка и у иных третьих лиц, в том числе у привлеченных субагентов, услуг, связанных с организацией осуществления расчетов при приеме к оплате банковских карт при оказании услуг/реализации товаров Принципалом в компьютерной сети Интернет, включая, но не ограничиваясь: договоры, акты, счета-фактуры и т.д.) по сделкам, заключенным во исполнение настоящего Договора, в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней с момента получения такого письменного требования.

At the written request of the principal, the agent must provide to the principal documents (certified Agent copies of documents related to the acquisition of the Bank and other third parties, including the involved subagents, services related to the Organization of payments for admission cards for payment for services/goods by the principal in the Internet, including, but not limited to: contracts, acts, invoices, etc.) for transactions made in pursuance of this Treaty, within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of such written request.

Upon the written request of the Principal Agent shall provide the Principal supporting documents (certified agent copies of the documents on the costs of acquisition of the Bank and other third parties, including a raised subagents, services related to the organization of the settlement upon receipt for payment of bank cards in the provision of services / sale of goods by the Principal in a computer on the Internet, including but not limited to: contracts, statements, invoices, etc.) for transactions concluded pursuant to this Agreement, within 5 (five) working days from receipt of the written requirements.
