Сфера деятельности сотрудников аппарата ЦС ПРМТУ включает изучение и обобщение опыта работы членских профсоюзных организаций, оказание им методической, информационной, учебно-консультативной помощи по вопросам организационно-массовой работы, анализ проблем профсоюзного движения, осуществление связей с другими профсоюзами и представителями государственной власти. Особое внимание было отведено координации действий членских организаций по проведению различных акций и мероприятий, хода реализации программных документов деятельности Профсоюза и выполнения требований Устава.

Sphere of activity PRMTU CA staff includes the study and generalization of the experience of membership of trade union organizations, providing them with methodical, information, training and advice on organizational and mass work, analysis of the problems of the trade union movement, implementation relationships with other trade unions and public authorities. Particular attention was devoted to the coordination of member organizations to organize various events and activities, the implementation of the programme documents of trade union activities and fulfill the requirements of the Charter.
