Уважаемый г-н Генеральный Секретарь,
Уважаемые коллеги,

Прежде всего, позвольте поприветствовать участников 42-й сессии Совета министров иностранных дел стран-членов ОИС и выразить слова благодарности в адрес руководства Государства Кувейт, в частности Первого Вице-премьер-министра, Министра иностранных дел Кувейта шейха Сабаха Халед Аль Хамад Ас-Сабаха за прекрасную организацию данного высокого мероприятия и теплое гостеприимство.
Сегодня мы в очередной раз проводим совместную работу по решению актуальных вызовов, с которыми сталкивается Исламская Умма в нынешних реалиях. Кыргызская Республика всесторонне поддерживает совместные усилия Организации, направленные на развитие сотрудничества между странами ОИС и активизацию деятельности по определению и решению комплекса проблем, от которых зависит будущее процветание и развитие мусульманского мира.
Благодаря нашим общим усилиям, за последние годы было немало позитивных достижений в реализации поставленных задач и целей перед Организацией. Проделана значительная работа по поднятию имиджа и авторитета ОИС на международной арене.
Вместе с тем, новые вызовы требуют конкретного подхода для своевременного реагирования и принятия соответствующих мер на происходящие события в мусульманском мире. Нам необходимо вести еще более активную политику в современной системе международных отношений, поощрение социальных и экономических программ, улучшения гуманитарной помощи, а также модернизацию мусульманского мира в целом.

Уважаемые друзья,
Сегодняшняя наша встреча проходит под лозунгом: «Совместное видение укрепления толерантности и отвержение терроризма» (SESSIONN OF JOINT VISION TO STRENGTHEN TOLERANCE AND
REJECT TERRORISM) и мы считаем, что обсуждение данного вопроса, а также совместный поиск решений по борьбе с терроризмом являются актуальным и своевременным.
Важно понимать, что развитие каждого государства во многом будет зависеть от обеспечения безопасности и стабильности в регионе. Мы не можем сегодня закрывать глаза на растущую опасность распространения религиозного экстремизма, наркотиков, сепаратизма и терроризма. Непрекращающиеся террористические атаки по всему миру подчеркивают необходимость в выработке своевременных и действенных мер противодействия новым угрозам и вызовам. Конфликт в Сирии, военные действия в Секторе Газа, террористические акции в Ираке, Ливане, странах Африки и Афганистане день за днем уносят жизни невинных граждан нашей Уммы.

Dear Sir,Dear Sir,Dear colleagues, First of all, let me welcome the participants of the 42 session of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of the OIC member countries and to express gratitude to the leadership of the State of Kuwait, in particular, first Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, for the excellent organisation of this high activities and warm hospitality.Today we are working together to address the current challenges facing the Islamic Ummah in the present realities. The Kyrgyz Republic fully supports the joint efforts of the Organization to promote cooperation among the countries of the CIS and activities to identify and address the range of issues that affect the future prosperity and development of the Muslim world. Through our common efforts, in recent years, there were many positive achievements in the realization of the goals and objectives of the organization. Significant work has been done to raise the image and credibility of the OIC in the international arena. However, new challenges require a specific approach for timely response and appropriate action by the events in the Muslim world. We need to be more active in the modern system of international relations, the promotion of social and economic programmes, the improvement of humanitarian assistance, as well as the modernization of the Islamic world in General. Dear friends,Today's meeting is held under the slogan: "the joint vision for the promotion of tolerance and the rejection of terrorism" (SESSIONN OF JOINT VISION TO STRENGTHEN TOLERANCE ANDREJECT TERRORISM), and we believe that the debate on this issue, as well as the joint search for solutions to combat terrorism are relevant and timely. It is important to understand that the development of each State will largely depend on the security and stability in the region. We cannot turn a blind eye to the growing today the risk of religious extremism, drugs, separatism and terrorism. Continuing terrorist attacks around the world underscore the need for a timely and effective measures to counter new threats and challenges. Conflict in Syria, military actions in the Gaza Strip, the terrorist attacks in Iraq, Lebanon, Africa and Afghanistan, day after day, claim the lives of innocent citizens of our Ummah.
