The grand total of $210 is a combination of sewer fees and an fine from the HOA. The sewer bill can not be mailed to you because we pay the bill on the owners behalf, and the city does not allow tenants to turn on this service in their name. The HOA fine is because the trees need to be trimmed. The lease agreement states this is the tenants responsibility. We can send out a vendor for you but you would be responsible for the bill, or you can choose your own vendor or do it yourself if you are capable.
