Каждая страна имеет свои собственные праздники. Они отражают историю страны и ее культурные и религиозные традиции. Некоторые религиозные праздники являются общими в разных странах. Они являются рождественские и пасхальные.
Американцы празднуют Рождество 25 декабря. Они покупают много подарков для друга, для их родителей, детей и друзей.
В новый год, 1 января не так широко отмечается в Соединенных Штатах, как мы делаем это в России. Конечно самый важный праздник в Америке – 4 июля, день независимости. Люди любят смотреть красочные фейерверки в вечернее время. 4 июля это выходной день, и люди не ходят на работу.
Праздники, когда люди не ходят на работу являются: Мартина Лютера Кинга день 20 января, день труда на 7 сентября и благодарения в последнюю пятницу ноября. На день благодарения американцы обычно едят Турции. Этот праздник напоминает время, когда первые колонисты (паломников) из Англии приехал в Америку в 1620 году и могут выжить в неизвестные земли. Есть с еще большой белый камень на берегу в Плимуте в штате Массачусетс, что пилигримы высадились на. Это называется «Плимут Рок».
31 октября является детская наиболее любимый... праздник-Хэллоуин. В этот день дети одетые в
