СИМФЕРОПОЛЬ/АКМЕСДЖИТ (QHA) - Комиссия Республики Крым по восстановлению прав реабилитированных жертв политических репрессий одобрила проект постановления Совета министров о порядке получения от правоохранительных органов и архивных учреждений данных и копий документов, связанных с вопросами восстановления прав реабилитированных лиц и увековечения их памяти, пишет «Крыминформ».


Соответствующее решение было принято сегодня на первом заседании комиссии в Симферополе.

Председатель комиссии, заместитель председателя Совета министров Крыма Руслан Бальбек пояснил, что проект постановления и сам порядок разработаны с целью создания благоприятных условия для быстрого и беспрепятственного получения крымчанами справок о реабилитации.

- Сейчас от людей поступают жалобы о том, что нарушается норма федерального закона о предоставлении справки о реабилитации в течение трех месяцев, – сообщил вице-премьер. – Наша задача сегодня для более эффективной работы комиссии получать эту информацию насколько возможно оперативно.

После соответствующей процедуры принятия порядок будет доведен до сведения правоохранительных органов и архивных учреждений на территории Республики Крым.

При этом Бальбек отметил, что задержки с выдачей справок о реабилитации связаны с тем, что зачастую необходимая информация для подтверждения статуса реабилитированного находится не в «местных архивах республики, а в специальном архиве, который находится на материк».

В свою очередь, председатель комитета Госсовета Крыма по межнациональным отношениям Эдип Гафаров сообщил, что по состоянию на 1 декабря 2014 года в республиканских органах МВД справки о реабилитации получили 850 человек.
