Крупозавод включает в себя все циклы технологического процесса: зерноочистительное отделение с пневмосортировочным столом ПСС для отделения трудноотделимых примесей, отделение гидротермической обработки пропариватели ПЗ-1 и сушилки ВС-10М, отделение фракционирования и шелушильно сортировочное отделение с учетом контроля готовой продукции на рассевах и сортировочных машинах МСХ (падди-машинах) и выбоем в мешки по 50кг.
