Памятник Независимости (1991 г.), знаменующий суверенитет Узбекистана, представляет собой большой золотистый земной шар с очертаниями границ (территории) государства. Но выгравированная территория Республики не повторяет географического расположения страны, а символизирует стремление молодого независимого государства влиться в мировое сообщество и признание его многими странами.

Памятник Счастливой матери (2006 г.) был выполнен скульпторами Ильхомом и Камолом Джаббаровыми. Образ матери символизирует образ Родины, ребенок - образ будущего. Высота фигуры Счастливой матери - 6 метров, а длина ребенка - 3,5 метра. Памятник прост и в то же время торжественнен.
