Сербия настаивает на скорейшем проведении международной конференции по ситуации с мигрантами. Об этом заявил министр труда, занятости, по делам ветеранов и социальным вопросам Сербии Александар Вулин.

"Сербия должна быть частью решения проблемы, мы настаиваем на том, чтобы как можно скорее была организована международная конференция по теме миграции", - сказал он во время посещения центра размещения мигрантов в Каниже. "Решение не должно быть навязано Сербии, оно должно быть выработано вместе с нами", - подчеркнул министр.

Вулин пообещал рассказать европейским чиновникам в ходе предстоящей поездки в Брюссель о том, "насколько крупный экономический ущерб понесла Сербия в связи с закрытием границ Венгрией и Хорватией", а также о всех других ключевых проблемах, с которыми сталкивается страна в ситуации миграционного кризиса.

"Сербия не только не может самостоятельно решить проблему мигрантов, но без сотрудничества со своими соседями не может даже открыть дороги", - сказал он, отметив, что Европа сейчас сталкивается с "вызовом, касающимся самого ее дальнейшего существования".
