Приговор может быть обжалован в апе

Приговор может быть обжалован в апелляционном порядке в Верховный Суд Республики Татарстан в течение 10 суток со дня провозглашения, а осуждённым в тот же срок со дня вручения ему копии настоящего приговора. В случае подачи апелляционной жалобы либо принесения апелляционного представления, осуждённый вправе ходатайствовать о своём участии в рассмотрении уголовного дела судом апелляционной инстанции.
