На основании данных об отдаленных исходах оперативного лечения в сроки до 5,5 лет все больные были разделены на группы с благоприятным (39%) и неблагоприятным (61%) результатом лечения. Лабораторные исследования выполнены до операции, через 3, 10 суток, 1, 3, 6, 9 месяцев и 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 3.5 года после ее проведения. Изучили основные субпопуляции лимфоцитов, функциональную активность клеток, поглотительную активность микрофагоцитов, уровень сывороточных иммуноглобулинов основных классов. Статистическая обработка данных проведена с использованием программ «Microsoft Office Excel 2007» и «Statistica for Windows v.6.1». Установлено, что имплантация эндопротеза вызывает сложный комплекс иммунологических реакций, обусловленных как «неспецифическим» воздействием операционной травмы, так и «специфическим» влиянием эндопротеза. Информативными показателями в системе иммунологического мониторинга при эндопротезировании тазобедренного сустава являются уровень лимфоцитов и Ig M до операции, повышение количества моноцитов и снижение Ig M на третьи сутки после операции.
