Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за частичное или полное неисполнение обязательств по настоящему Соглашению, если это неисполнение явилось следствием обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, возникших после заключения настоящего Соглашения в результате обстоятельств чрезвычайного характера (в том числе: землетрясения, тайфуна, приливной волны, иного стихийного бедствия, войны, восстания, гражданского волнения, забастовки, пожара, взрыва, изменений в законодательстве и регулировании, правительственных действий, недоступности сырья, внезапного роста цен, долгосрочного отказа механического оборудования, и любых иных обстоятельств непреодолимой силы не по вине Сторон), которые Стороны не могли предвидеть или предотвратить.
