Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за полное или частичное невыполнение обязательств по данному Договору, если они возникли в результате непреодолимой силы, а именно: пожара, стихийного бедствия, военных действий, ограничительных действий органов власти, при условии, что они непосредственно влияют на выполнение обязательств по Договору. Форс-мажорные обстоятельства должны быть подтверждены соответствующим выводом торгово-промышленной палаты по местонахождению заинтересованной стороны, в этом случае выполнение обязательств по Договору откладывается на срок действия обстоятельств непреодолимой силы.

The Parties shall not be liable for the total or partial failure to comply with obligations under the Treaty, if they arose as a result of force majeure, namely: fire, natural disasters, war, restrictive action authorities, provided that they directly affect the fulfilment of obligations under the Treaty. Force majeure must be confirmed by the relevant conclusion of the Chamber of Commerce at the location of the party concerned, in this case, the obligations hereunder is deferred for the duration of the force majeure.
