2.1. Поставщик обязуется поставлять Товар надлежащего качества, которое должно обеспечивать безопасность жизни и здоровья потребителей, отвечать требованиям действующего законодательства Российской Федерации, предъявляемым к данному виду Товара. По требованию Покупателя Поставщик обязан представлять покупателю надлежащим образом заверенные копии технических регламентов, технических условий, ГОСТов, в соответствии с которыми производится Товар.
