Тонометр нормальный. Получил заказ без пользовательской инструкции и защитного кейса. Попытка договорится с продавцом о частичном возврате или о скидке на следующий заказ была неудачной. Это был мой первый спор. Продавец долго спорил. Возврат 25% от заказа.
