Stress is the reaction of our body at various unfavorable factors, such as the cold or hunger. When stress in the organtzme hormone adrenaline, which causes our body to survive. The main symptoms of stress are anxiety, fatigue, muscle tension, irritability, insomnia, difficulty concentrating. I experience stress when I have problems in learning or when I ssorûs′ with someone. To reduce stress, I try to eat right, to do yoga and meditate.
